Marin Solar is hiring electricians and solar panel installers for residential and commercial projects in the Northbay area. There are journeyman and apprentice positions available. Be a valuable member of one leaders in California for solar system deployment.

Electrician Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and commercial wiring
• Knowledge of Universal Building Codes
• Familiarity with NEC Code compliance, AC and DC electrical systems
• Conduit/wire pulling experience

Solar Panel Installer Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years construction experience
• Have good understanding of simple layout
• Be comfortable carrying equipment up ladders
• Have basic electrical skills
• Be able to attach solar mounts to existing roofs maintaining waterproofing

• Team player -- you work well with others and help your teammates
• Customer relations -- must be knowledgeable, courteous and respectful
• Self-motivated -- you see what needs to be done and you do it
• Quality-minded – you take pride in your work
• Production -- you must be willing to meet aggressive construction schedules
• Safety -- you must be able work safely with tools and equipment
• Punctual and reliable – we have large backlog of work
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds and not be afraid of roof heights
